Therefore it presents here the General Conditions of Contract that will regulate the commercial transactions between ALL NEW ROCK and its users:
Purpose and scope
The user declares to know, at the moment of the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price, weight, quantity, details of the products, etc.) and expressly accepts them without reservation. The execution of the order and its confirmation by the user makes it a customer and implies the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order, as well as the acceptance of the rest of the legal documents published both on the web and Conditions of use.
Product sheet and information supplied
The information displayed on the web is accurate and without typographical errors. In the event that at any moment an error of this type occurs, at any time outside the will of ALL NEW ROCK, it will proceed immediately to its correction.
The pictures that illustrate the products are provided for guidance only. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information contained in the packaging and the technical characteristics. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal, being able to be the cause of the graphical resolution of the screen from where to accede to the web, and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products.
Languages ??for the acquisition of products
Purchases made by customers will be understood as being linked to the language selected by them, and there is no possibility of celebrating the purchase of products in a language other than Spanish or English.
Price
All prices are indicated by default in Euros, and other currencies can be selected at the top of the web portal. The price indicated for both products and transport costs includes the Value Added Tax and any other type of tax included in the Spanish tax regulations that affect the transaction. Customs tariffs of countries outside the European Economic Union are not included. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by ALL NEW ROCK.
Your right to return the products
If you want to change the model , use our pickup service available (cost depends of shipping address).
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us you may return it and get a refund or exchange the product. If the change involves a change of style you should pay the price difference that exists between them. In both cases the transport charges will not be credited, nor those of the initial shipment or return. No returns will be accepted without the previous written authorization of All New Rock. For a return you must contact us within 7 days after delivery of the products to you.
The product must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.
New Rock shoes not allow returns of custom manufacturing or similar products.
The process for a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary costs is:
- Send a photo of the defective product to info@allnewrock.com.
- Indicate the product defect
- Indicate the order number and date
Customized Models
New Rock is the legitimate owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights inherent in all products displayed here as well as possible combinations, displayed, manufactured, marketed as well as the final products obtained from Customize.
The purchase of Customize products does not imply any right or assignment of any final product obtained, nor shoes, accessories and materials used for said final product, nor in relation to trademarks, designs or any other industrial and intellectual property rights. New Rock may display, market, distribute and advertise, any of the products obtained without any limitation.
The purchaser expressly acknowledges that the intellectual and industrial property rights of the shoes, accessories and materials that will serve as the basis for the product as well as the final customization obtained are the exclusive property of New Rock.
