Shipping

As a general rule, packages are shipped via UPS, MRW or DHL Express with tracking number and delivery without signature. The amount of shipping costs is automatically calculated at the time of purchase for purchases less than 250€. (If your country is not available, there may be custom regulations or political unrest that does not allow us to ship it to your country.)

The delivery time for New Rock boots is 10 business days, except for manufacturing models.

Demonia, Pleaser, Bordello, Funtasma, Devious and Fabulicious boots are made to order, the delivery time can vary from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturing time.

For destination countries outside the European Union, please note:

•      Being a recipient, the customer is also an importer and is therefore responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
•      The customer must inform himself and pay the possible taxes and customs duties that occur during importation.
•      Shipping costs or other additional costs that occur when not taking into account the import regulations of the destination country by the customer will be charged to the customer, respectively, they will not be reimbursed.
•      Because customs policies are very different in various countries, we are unable to report customs regulations or predict costs. To do this, contact your local customs authorities.
•      If customs clearance is required, there may be a delay in the expected delivery date.
