RETURN AND CHANGE THE SIZE
1. ¿When i could return the purchase and change the size?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days after receiving them, and we will return the money. For returns made and not contemplated in the regulation on distance selling, the monetary value of the products that you have returned will be refunded, at the price you bought them. This includes items on offer.
2. Will I get my money back in case of a refund?
Of Course. In AllNewrock understant that if you dont like the products you can recover the money. We thing that the satisfaction of our coustomers are the best important think. ONLY CUSTOM MADE will not return, because it will made for you.
In case the payment has been made by bank transfer, card we can make an income in the account that you indicate us. If you wish we can also issue a voucher for the amount paid for a future purchase. If the payment has been made through PayPal, we can make the payment to your account.
3. How do I change or return an item?
To make a change or return, you always have to contact us to be authorized. You can do this from your account or from our contact form indicating your name and order number.
In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition, including labels and any packaging. For example, shoes must be returned along with the original shoe box. All products will be inspected upon return.
If you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased, you can return the product and obtain a refund of the price of the product returned or make a change. If the change consists of a change of model, you must pay the price difference that exists between them. Returns that have not been authorized by email by New Rock will not be accepted. For a return you must contact us within 14 days after delivery of the products to you.
