As a general rule, packages are shipped via UPS, MRW or DHL Express with tracking number and delivery without signature. The amount of shipping costs is automatically calculated at the time of purchase for purchases less than 250€.

The delivery time for New Rock boots is 10 business days, except for manufacturing models.

Demonia, Pleaser, Bordello, Funtasma, Devious and Fabulicious boots are made to order, the delivery time can vary from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturing time.
